Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Naqash we want you to be happy with your product ordered and we inspect and pay careful attention to each order before it leaves our shipping dept.

For our handmade products please allow for slight differences in our items as they are made by many individual crewel artists, this adds to the beauty and originality of each piece.

 


If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last 7 days, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number (note: that custom design work and custom sizing orders are not eligible for return or exchange). After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward on via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. Please do not return items to us or any of our addresses without prior authorization as it will result in further shipping charges for you.

Please notethat items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Any Naqash Home and Fabrics in stock standard regular sizes and designs that are purchased must be returned within7 days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Restock FeeThe following products will incur a 25% restocking fee for returns on items that are not defective: and must be in excellent condition upon our receiving shipping fees are non-refundable. All custom made to order and considered a final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information.

 

 

Cancellation

The customer can only cancel their order when the order is still in processing status. In such a case, you can inform us by emailing at custserv@naqashhandmade.com. In any event that the goods are packed or dispatched, you may still cancel the order due to change of mind; goods must be unopened; the cost of the product will be refunded to you, minus the shipping charges sending back the product.

 

Fraudulent Order

We have procedures in place to detect any sign of testing or fraudulent orders. All alleged fraudulent orders will be subject to immediate cancellation whereas the respective user/visitor will be banned from our website unconditionally.

 

Security Check

As part of our effort to protect the interests of both buyer and seller, we may require you to provide further information or documentation to confirm the genuity of your order. In any event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within 5 working days after you placed the order; your order will be automatically canceled.

You may order fabrics, curtain, and drapes, Bedspreads, cushions, Rugs, Cashmere Scarves, Pashmina Shawls, directly from any product page on our website by entering the quantity you wish to purchase and clicking on the Add to Shopping Basket button.

The checkout process is easy:
1. Confirm or edit the items in your shopping basket
2. Enter your billing and shipping information
3. Review your order
4. A confirmation of your order will be immediately sent to you via e-mail.
