We believe in our responsibility and our commitment to delivering the highest quality and superior craftsmanship for all our products. We guarantee to you that all our products will be delivered to you in new condition and without damage. We check each item for faults along the way and before packaging.

Shipping and Processing Fees

Here at Naqash Fabrics, Shipping and Processing fees are charged to you only to compensate our company for the cost of shipping and processing your order. We have multiple ways of shipping your order to you and we make great effort to choose the best choice for your particular shipping needs. The shipping charges are FOB India and added to your order total.


Our Hand Crewel fabrics and Chainstitch rugs and pillows are all made by hand and stitched by hand, Please allow for slight irregularities as these add to the unique beauty of our products!

However in the event that you receive a product that has a defect at the time of delivery, contact us within 14 days of receiving your products. Note: Please contact us by email with your request, and be sure to include the invoice number, name of product, and description of defect along with your contact information. At that time we can access the problem and make a decision to what the appropriate next steps will be.

We do not offer returns on any of our customer custom designs, as these are not a part of our available product line, and are only being produced as an exclusive product.

Naqash Fabrics is a Wholesale Manufacturing company under the parent company Kashmir Valley Arts. When you register to use the Naqash Fabrics wholesale website you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. We ask for your company information for the purpose of validating that you are indeed a business. Upon receiving your completed wholesale business membership form information, we will give you a call personally to welcome you and to validate your approval. Naqash Fabrics therefore reserves the right to decline or cancel a membership signup on our website at anytime. This is in respect to our wholesale customers that are doing business with us.
